ProShotX is an AI-powered sports biomechanics company focused on shooting development for players, parents, and coaches. Our assessment tool is operated by ProShotX and accessible at proshotx.ai.

2. Information We Collect

When you complete our shooting assessment, we collect the following:

• Full name
• Email address
• Role (Player, Parent, Coach, or Other)
• Player name and grade level
• Position
• Shooting performance data you self-report (free throw %, 3-point %, movement shooting %, game speed, Shooter's IQ score, and self-assessed shooting issues)
• Your calculated ProShotX Shooting Rating

We do not collect payment information, government ID, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To calculate and display your ProShotX Shooting Rating and assessment results
• To send you ProShotX product updates, early access announcements, and training content via email
• To understand the interests and needs of our user base so we can improve our product
• To build our pre-launch lead database ahead of the ProShotX app and camera system release

We will never use your information for any purpose not listed here without notifying you first.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

ProShotX takes children's privacy seriously. Our assessment tool is designed for use by players, parents, and coaches — and we recognize that youth athletes are often the subject of the assessments completed here.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
• If a parent or guardian is completing this form on behalf of a minor, they are consenting on that child's behalf.
• If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without proper consent, please contact us immediately at the email below and we will delete it promptly.

5. How We Store Your Data

Your submitted information is stored securely in a private Google Sheet accessible only to ProShotX team members. We use Google's infrastructure, which maintains industry-standard security practices. We do not store your data on public servers or share access with unauthorized parties.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

ProShotX does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Ever. Your data exists solely to serve you and to help us build a better product.

7. Third-Party Services

Our site is hosted on Netlify, which may log basic technical data such as IP addresses and page requests as part of standard web hosting operations. This data is governed by Netlify's own privacy policy and is not accessible to ProShotX in personally identifiable form.

8. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)

By submitting your email address, you consent to receiving emails from ProShotX. Every email we send will include:

• A clear identification that it is from ProShotX
• A valid physical mailing address
• A clear and easy way to unsubscribe

We do not transfer your personal data outside of the United States except through Google's infrastructure (Google Sheets / Google Apps Script), which is covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses ensuring GDPR-compliant data transfers.
